All our organic ingredients (*from controlled organic cultivation) at a glance:

Tea infusion (filtered water, South Chinese Sencha green tea*, Indian FOP black tea*), kombucha cultures* (yeast* and bacteria cultures*), raw cane sugar*, currant juice* (5.0%), hops*, carbonic acid.

Average nutritional values per 100ml:
Caloric value: 50kJ / 12kcal
Carbohydrates: 3,0g
of which sugar: 3,0g
Contains minor amounts of fat, saturated fat, protein and salt.

Why does Kombucha contain sugar?

The added raw cane sugar is needed for fermentation. Microorganisms, such as yeast and bacteria cultures, need sugar as a food source. They then metabolize it into important nutrients and organic acids, for example. At the time of bottling, only 3g of sugar per 100ml remains and continues to ferment in the bottle. That's up to 50% less sugar than other kombucha manufacturers. Nevertheless, our delicious taste does not suffer!

Notice:

Our kombucha may contain small amounts of alcohol (0.5%) due to the natural fermentation process. Therefore, we may not recommend it for children or pregnant women.

Our kombucha is naturally:
✓ Gluten Free, Grain Free, Oat Free, Corn Free, Soy Free and Wheat Free.
✓ Lactose Free, Egg Free and Milk Protein Free.

What is Kombucha?

Kombucha originated in Asia over 2000 years ago and is a fermented tea beverage made from four natural organic ingredients.

During weeks of fermentation, the bacteria and yeasts in the kombucha culture metabolize the sugared tea infusion. This process produces over 32 healthy nutrients, probiotics and vitamins. Thanks to these ingredients, kombucha is a nutrient bomb and has many health benefits.

Often in the past, kombucha was heated, filtered or pasteurized, consisted of concentrates and was full of sugar. As a result, nothing remained of its many healthy effects - Not so with Kombuchery!

We make no compromises in the production process. Our kombucha is always raw and full of living microorganisms.

How should I store raw kombucha?

Our Kombucha is so fresh and naturally unpasteurized that it needs to be stored refrigerated between 4°C and 7°C. It also likes it dry and dark. So clear some space in your refrigerator or cool cellar.

What is the shelf life of raw Kombucha?:

We always ship only our freshest bottlings. Upon delivery, our Kombucha will keep for at least 3-6 months. This gives you more than enough time to enjoy your kombucha in peace.

Finally, a currant kombucha you'll love

Looking for a healthy refreshment that's naturally sweet and not over-sugared? Currant spritzers were yesterday!

Slightly tart currant meets sweet and sour kombucha here. Our kombucha with currants refreshes with many nutrients and healthy kombucha cultures. Currants contain antioxidants. It's no wonder that kombucha and currants go so well together - both originated in Asia. This can't be a flavor coincidence!

Your healthy refreshment without compromise

Ever wonder how you refresh yourself every day? Kombuchery is the perfect alternative if you find water too tasteless or over-sweetened sodas too unhealthy.

Kombucha is a fermented tea made from natural organic ingredients. During fermentation, it produces over 32 healthy nutrients, probiotics and 9 vitamins.

Until now, kombucha was often pasteurized and was a bland tea drink full of sugar. So nothing of the healthy effects remained - Not with us: Kombuchery is always raw, sparkling in taste and low in calories.
