This bowl is not only delicious, but also good for your intestines
With this delicious breakfast bowl you not only get an energy boost and vitamins, but also do something good for your intestinal flora with the help of kombucha. In addition, the bowl is super refreshing and, in combination with delicious toppings, the perfect companion before every workout.
You need this equipment:
- Stand or hand blender
- Container for filling the smoothie bowl
Ingredients for 1 Kombucha Smoothie Bowl:
- 2 cups frozen berries
- juice of half a lemon
- 80 ml kombucha currant kombucha or other fruity kombucha of your choice
- 1 ½ cups oat milk
- 1 frozen banana
There are no limits to your topping:
- hemp seeds
- Cocoa nibs
- fresh berries
- Chia seeds
- granola
