Healthy through autumn with delicious cider and kombucha

We've put together an autumnal kombucha-cider recipe for cozy cuddling weather. Kombucha is not only a perfect refreshing drink, but also a warming companion for the cold season.

What you need:

(Recipe for 6 people)

  • 2 large cinnamon sticks broken into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon allspice
  • 1 tablespoon cloves
  • 2 small pieces of ginger
  • 1 cup dried apples (alternatively 2 fresh chopped apples)
  • ½ cup cranberries
  • zest of one organic orange
  • 1 liter Original Kombucha
  • 1 liter apple cider

And here we go:

  1. Place the apple cider, apples, cranberries, ginger pieces, orange zest, cloves, and allspice in a pot.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil, then turn down the heat and let the liquid simmer uncovered for 20 minutes.
  3. Then remove the pot from the heat and let the liquid cool for about 5 minutes.
  4. After that, remove the small spices with a sieve.
  5. Now you can stir the kombucha into the liquid and, if necessary, heat it again.
  6. Then pour into glasses and decorate with a cinnamon stick.

    Hhmmm and your delicious kombucha autumn drink is ready!
