1. Differences between kombucha, water kefir, and functional sodas

Kombucha – fermented tea with a slight acidity

Kombucha is a fermented tea beverage made from tea, sugar, and a SCOBY culture. During fermentation, natural acids, light carbonation, and a slightly sour taste develop.
